It is noteworthy that not far from the fashionable recreation areas there are municipal areas where everyone can stay.
Santa monica
This is a trendy and chic resort. This is what the clubs along the coastline make it. To become a member of one of them, it is not enough to be just famous and wealthy, recommendations will be required. Quite a snobbish trick. And ordinary vacationers enjoy clean sand, fresh sea breezes and excellent infrastructure. In Santa Monica, tourists are offered sun loungers for rent, shady awnings. And surfing athletes will appreciate the waves. Along the embankment, tourists ride rollerblades and bicycles. The stream is quite dense. And it is in the area of the beach that the famous highway number 66 ends. And in the evening on the coastal territory until the morning, night bars and discos await guests. And a fly in the ointment in an American barrel of honey. In the immediate vicinity there are points of distribution of free food for the homeless, who, having eaten, are in no hurry to leave the hospitable place.
Malibu
Malibu stretches along the Atlantic coast for more than 40 km. But today the situation has changed: in Malibu there are still closed areas, but they are interspersed with municipal ones, where any guests can swim and relax.

But this city deserves special attention: its eastern part is practically submerged in water and cut by canals, therefore Fort Lauderdale is called the American Venice. There are, of course, gondolas here. But the city itself is absolutely modern.
The central city beach is very clean, but there are no sun loungers and parasols for rent, so you should take care of protection from the heat yourself. But with a snack, everything is fine: the coast is full of cafes and restaurants. Basically, the kitchen offers fish and seafood dishes. But there are elements of Cuban cuisine: you can try lejon and caldosa.
At the second city recreation site (Fort Lauderdale Beach Park), the infrastructure is more developed. Guests are offered shady awnings, sun loungers. There is a playground for kids. Volleyball fans will compete on a specially equipped ground. Fans of morning and evening promenades will enjoy walking along the path equipped along the embankment. And shoppers will appreciate Las Olas Boulevard with an abundance of shops and shops.
Key West

This part of the Hawaiian archipelago is inhabited by indigenous Hawaiians: they make up more than 60%, so their way of life is very different from the neighboring islands. Molokai is a rocky island. Here is the Pali coast with the highest ocean cliffs. The cliffs stretch up to 1200 m above sea level. This is one of the wonders of the world of Hawaii.
The beaches of Halava Bay have no tourist infrastructure. There is not even a rescue service. But here surfers catch the wave, and divers go scuba diving and snorkeling: the underwater reliefs are amazing. Tourists should be aware that the shores in Halava Bay are rocky and the bays are open, so the waves are quite strong.

Due to the piercing winds on Papohaki Beach, it is sometimes impossible to sunbathe for a long time. Maui
Tourists come to this part of the Hawaiian archipelago, little constrained in means. Members of the local royal family used to visit Maui. But today it is a modern resort with great oceanfront vacation spots:

The ocean is warm throughout the year, but strong waves and winds destroy the sand with enviable regularity. It is also regularly poured again.

The holiday season on Oahu runs from early May to late October. The ocean warms up to + 28-29 degrees. In winter, swimming without a wetsuit is uncomfortable, but the hot sun and humid wind bring you a tan. People come to the island all year round. Tired of the monotonous beach holiday, you can climb the crater of the Diamond Head volcano or take a walk in the park of the palace of the royal dynasty of Hawaii Iolani.
Saint thomas
